Shipping of Orders
Order Confirmation
If you haven’t received a confirmation email please have a look in your spam folder as the email may have ended up there. If it isn’t there, you may have entered the incorrect email address. Drop us a line at office@facialflex.co.uk, use our webchat facility or call us on 01530 249396 and we can confirm your order for you.
UK Orders
Orders for delivery in the UK are sent by Royal Mail. Facial Flex devices are usually sent by Tracked24. Flex-bands are sent by 1st class post.
Most orders will fit through a standard size letter box.
Non-UK Orders
We do not ship orders outside the UK from this website. If you are located outside the UK please click here to visit our Ebay Shop where all our Facial Flex products are available and the correct tax for your country will be calculated and included at the checkout.
