Orders placed before 4.30pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Occasionally it may take us a little longer. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday except at Bank Holidays. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.
Orders for delivery in the UK are sent by 1st Class post. Facial Flex devices and flex-bands usually fit through a standard size letter box. Fast Track Packs sometimes don't!
Orders for delivery across Europe are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Airmail and may take around a week to arrive.
Orders for delivery outside Europe are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Airmail and may be sent Tracked, Signed or Tracked & Signed dependent on the postal service in the receiving country. When tracked we will advise you of the tracking number by email on dispatch. Depending on the value of your order, your country may impose Customs Duty Fees, which are your responsibility. If Customs Duty Fees are levied this may cause a delay and you may need to make arrangements to pay the fee and collect the package from your country’s postal service. Regrettably, this is completely outside our control and the payment of any fees remains the customer’s responsibility.
