Orders placed by 4.00pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day but occasionally it may take us a little longer. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday except at Bank Holidays. All orders are sent by Royal Mail.
Orders for delivery in the UK are sent by 1st Class post. Facial Flex devices and flex-bands usually fit through a standard size letter box. Fast Track Packs sometimes don’t!
Orders for delivery across Europe are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Airmail and may take several weeks to arrive, You will be charged customs import duty/VAT by your government in order to receive delivery. This is outside our control and these fees are not included in the sale price of the goods.
EU customers may prefer to purchase FACIAL-FLEX® products from our listing on Amazon.fr where local taxes are included.
Orders for delivery outside Europe are sent by Royal Mail International Airmail and may be sent Tracked, Signed or Tracked & Signed dependent on the postal service in the receiving country. When tracked we will advise you of the tracking number by email on dispatch.
